Chef Stuart Laws has spent his 25+ years as a chef running multiple venues and helping hospitality businesses to achieve success through his consulting business. However, it is in telling the stories of farmers and producers in our State’s regions where his passion truly lays. As a regular presenter on Channel 9’s Our State on a Plate and a staple at many iconic regional food events, Laws is a true ambassador of WA produce.

The open-concept kitchen is decked out with some serious tools of the trade — a Mesiano wood fired pizza oven, a WA-first, and custom built charcoal grill from JAGRD located in Bakers Hill with the instinct to produce honest, tasty food.
